Lecture | Information Evening Pregnancy & Birth

This evening will give you an overview about the bodily and the emotional changes during pregnancy.

Furthermore we focus on birth. We talk about the start of labour and the different stages, as well as how you could support a natural birth and different birth positions. Additionally we talk about how your birth companion can support and help during labour.

We also discuss the possibilities of a midwife care postpartum when you leave the hospital.

All parents to be are welcome, no matter what week.

At this event we can only discuss the topics – there is no room or time for practical exercises. We (strongly) recommend an antenatal class.
