Lecture | Information Evening Part 3 - Postpartum Time, Breastfeeding, Living with a Newborn

The term "Pueperal" describes the first 6-8 weeks after birth. This time is for rest after the birth, starting point for the baby-parent-relationship and the start of breast feeding, as well as the bodily involution.

At this evening we talk about the bodily changes and the emotional changes in the period after birth. Furthermore we talk about breastfeeding and how to support it the best, the role of your partner, the needs of a newborn and the importance of support.
